Performance Management

Performance reviews are conducted to ensure our employees have regular conversations regarding their perfor-mance and aim to increase the skills and capabilities of our employees.

Training

Working in a high risk industry near high voltage powerlines means our employees are required to complete competency based training through our approved RTO’s, and have the required licences to operate machinery, mobile plant, or perform high risk tasks. Certificate II in ESI—Powerline Vegetation Control is offered to upskill our Vegetation work crews working near live electrical apparatus.

As a minimum, employees are required to undertake training in First aid and CPR, EWP, climbing, environmental awareness, overhead powerline awareness, fire ant awareness and any other training required by clients.

Skills are continually reviewed and regularly monitored with additional training and refresher training provided as required.
